Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• No returns accepted for clothes that have been altered.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Customers are encouraged to shoot a video while unboxing the material to facilitate the return or cancellation process if necessary.
• The item should be accompanied by the bill, with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Log in to your Fayme Clothing account.
2. Go to your order history and select the item you wish to return.
3. Follow the prompts to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exceptions: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
